That’s why we’ve expanded our offerings with new disciplines.

 

Pilates Reformer: Strength, Mobility, and Injury Prevention

It has become one of the most comprehensive activities for improving posture, strengthening deep muscles, and preventing discomfort and injuries. Thanks to controlled movements on specialized machines, it provides a low-impact workout that’s ideal for improving mobility and body awareness, as well as for safely and effectively complementing other sports disciplines.

 

Premium Yoga

Our format focuses on a much more personalized experience. Small-group classes allow for close attention to technique, breathing, and the individual needs of each student. The goal is not only to gain flexibility—or rather, to achieve a good balance—but also to reduce stress, improve rest, and find a sense of balance amid the daily routine.

 

Hyrox: Purpose-Driven Functional Training

This discipline combines strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness in a dynamic and motivating format. Beyond the athletic aspect, this type of training helps improve overall physical fitness, metabolic health, and functional ability in daily life. We tailor our sessions to different skill levels so that anyone can get started and progress safely.

 

Running: Physical and Mental Health

In our running groups, you can enjoy the sport as part of a community and gradually improve your running technique. Running with others, with a structured plan and supervision, helps build healthy habits, reduce a sedentary lifestyle, and boost motivation. Additionally, running remains one of the most effective activities for relieving stress and improving mood.
