MB92 acquires GYG Ltd

The end of 2023 marked a significant milestone in the superyacht refit sector with the acquisition of GYG Ltd by Barceloneta-based MB92 Group. With this transaction, the Pinmar and Technocraft brands are added to the company’s growing service portfolio. This merger brings together two leading names: one specializing in high-end yacht painting and the other in world-class refit services , reinforcing their position at the forefront of the industry.
