Manisha and Noel, brothers of Indian origin born in Catalonia, have created Golmaal inspired by their Indian heritage and at the same time their experiences in Catalonia. Fusing in each dish the essence of the streets of Jaipur with the Mediterranean, in homage to both cultures.
