International Stays: Opening Horizons from Barceloneta
The Barcelona Nautical Institute ( INB) , located in the heart of Barceloneta, offers its students the opportunity to broaden their professional and personal horizons through internships abroad. These experiences, part of the Erasmus+ program, allow students to complete internships in companies in the nautical sector throughout Europe.
The Erasmus+ program facilitates student mobility, offering them the opportunity to study abroad, acquire new professional and personal skills, and open themselves to new cultural and professional opportunities.
Students from the intermediate and advanced training courses have recently completed internships in countries such as Malta, Portugal, Germany, Sweden, Finland, and France, where they have been able to apply their knowledge in real-life professional contexts, while improving their English and developing skills such as independence, initiative, and adaptability.
These experiences, in addition to reinforcing practical learning, represent a life-changing experience for the young participants. The INB thus reaffirms its commitment to comprehensive, innovative training that connects with the demands of the global workforce.
