Did you know that Estel was founded in 1976 in Barceloneta?
Ramon Vilà Albareda, together with young people and families from the parish, created a group called LA CORDA, which championed human values and people’s well-being. Its evolution gave rise to the Estel Center, which remains active today with the same mission.
Estel would like to thank Barceloneta for the seed that was planted here 50 years ago!
