Exhibition “Conxa Pérez, a libertarian neighbour in Barceloneta”. From 5 September to 2 November

Conxa Pérez Collado, a member of the CNT, a militia member during the 1936 revolution, exiled and victim of the French concentration camps and a great libertarian and anti-fascist fighter. In her later years she actively participated in the neighbourhood movement of Raval and Barceloneta, where she lived her last days.

 

Guided tour “La Barceloneta and the sea”. Until October 30

Past and present to discover the origins and evolution of the seaside district. During the tour, with the help of an expert guide, we will discover the 18th century architecture, the bombings of the Civil War, leisure spaces such as public baths or historic picnic areas, port activity, the world of fishing and sports, all linked to the sea.
