In November 2023, they announced the total renovation of the fitness room and it was only on 26 August that the members got a taste of the magnificent changes.
They started with the renovation of all the free weight equipment in December and now they have opened their best Technogym room in Barcelona. The organisation has invested heavily to offer a room that is at the cutting edge of fitness.
A total of 106 new machines, all of them of the latest technology, thanks to which they can offer more personalised programmes adapted to the new trends and needs of their members.
Machines that work deeply on power, agility, speed, endurance and strength. And, as a great novelty, some of them will not only exercise your physical condition but also your cognitive condition, as they guarantee maximum neuromuscular activation.
